What are Soy Nuts?

Soy nuts are basically made from soybeans. The soy beans are then soaked in water for hours, drained, and then are either roasted or baked until they are crunchy enough for taste.

These nuts are most likely one of the healthiest snack in the market worldwide since it is vegetarian-made and is packed with many health-giving nutrients.

There are two types of soy nuts, one which are made by roasting it until it is crisp and brown, and the other is by soaking it in water and baking it. It also has similar texture and flavour to peanuts but are healthier because it contains lesser content of fat and has more protein content.

Due to its high demand in the market, soy nuts are now made in to various flavours such as salt, paprika, and others have chocolate coating on it.
