We all know that smoking is bad for our health. But the thing is, why is it that they are still a lot of people who still continue to smoke despite of its negative effects to our body?

There a about 4000 chemicals in tobacco that when burned releases substances that greatly causes irreparable damage to our health. That is with the fact that not only the person who smokes is subject to this effects, but also those who are considered as secondhand smokers.
Other that causing diseases such as asthma, bronchitis, and emphysema, did you know that smoking also impairs fertility? Studies show that smoking actually reduces the sperm count, increases the risk of impotency, and causes testicular cancer in males.

Smoking speeds up aging because it reduces the amount of oxygen in our body. It as well as causes our bones to be brittle, weak, and vulnerable to osteoporosis. Stomach cancer or ulcers can also be caused by smoking. It actually helps the development of cancer in the bladder, kidney, and pancreas – which are of course considered to be some of the most vital cancer diseases.

We must all should take into consideration that when we smoke, we do not only damage our health, but we also damage other people’s health including those who does not even smoke. Quit smoking now before it’s too late!
