Fruits that is Low in Calories

Although Calories have negative effects in our body, we still need it in our daily activities. Thus we still need to maintain a moderate amount of calorie intake and stick to the daily calorie intake that our bodies require.
Here are some examples of Fruits that are low in Calories:

1.    Rhubarb which are mostly made into jams, juices, and other desserts are supresingly low in calorie content.

2.    Although Casaba Melons are not as frabgrant in aroma, not as tastely, and not as colourful as other types of melons, it is still packed with vitamins C, vitamins B6, and potassium, it is quite healthy for those people who are in a diet.

3.    Rose Apples which go from light pink to red-colored are crunchy fruits under the apple family which are known to have low calorie content.

4.    Watermelons, known as one f the healthiest food and as a substitute for water are likely to have low calorie content and thus are used by other people to lose weight.

5.    Limes which are usually used for Thai, Vietnamese, and Mexican cuisine are found to have a low calorie content and are very rich in vitamin C.
