2. Keep a healthy heart. Less meat means less fat and cholesterol. No meat means healthy body and heart! By reducing or not eating animal products, which we are aware are abundant of fats and cholesterol, we will be able to prevent certain diseases such as heart attacks and high blood pressure.
3. Eating in a colourful way. Eating fruits and vegetables not only gives you great health benefits, it also gives you a great appetite through its colourful shades and different shapes which basically signifies that it is composed of different vitamins and minerals that your body will surely love!
