Ever wonder why your face keeps on getting fatter and fatter? There are considerably many factors that leads to having a fatter looking face. One of which is but of course, too much eating. Fatter looking face looks more matured than those who are not. It also loses the natural convex of the face and other facial features.
Other factors of having a fat-looking skin is because of large fat deposits that stays on the face due to aging. Lack of sleep and too much worries or stress also contributes to it. If you are stressed or is lacking sleep, the production of our body hormones in the endocrine system are disrupted and thus making you age more and furthermore leads to fat build up in the face. If the endocrine organs are not in good shape, it causes the tissues to lose its elasticity and firmness earlier than it should be and thus increases the fat build up in the face.
Depriving yourself from water also contributes to this unhealthy matter and as well as eating highly processed foods such as junk foods and canned foods.
Another thing that causes you face to sag or look fatter is because of an unhealthy lifestyle. More or less caused by smoking or drinking. Smoking reduces the vitamin C content of the body leaving it susceptible to early sag prematurely while drinking causes great impact into your face.
