One of this is through filtering your tap water. By doing this, you will be able to reduce the risk of exposing yourself to known or suspected hormone-disrupting chemicals.  Some studies also suggest that filtering tap water is much safer than boiling it.

Studies have also found out that drinking coffee at least five cups a day reduces the risks of cancer by 40%. The study generally suggests that coffee is far better than tea in reducing cancer risks, especially brain cancer.
Eating green veggies and fruits, especially those with really dark shades of green contains magnesium which has been discovered to lower the risks of colon cancer in women.

Another way to prevent cancer is through walking. Moderate exercise such as brisk walking for about a minimum of two hours a week has been found out to likely reduce the risk of breast cancer by 18%.
